Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WardenCore (the "Service") at wardencore.ru. The Service is a control panel and a mod for SCUM game servers. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Using the Service

You agree to use the Service lawfully and for its intended purpose: managing and moderating your SCUM game server. You may not use the Service to break the game's rules, distribute unlawful content, or harm other people. One game project uses one server inside the Service; you may not create duplicates to get around plan limits.

2. Account

You need an account to access the panel. You can sign in by email, through VK, or through Steam. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done under it. Tell us right away if you notice access you did not authorize.

3. Payment

Access to the Service may be provided on a paid basis under the plan you choose. Current plans are published at the pricing page. The order and terms of payment are set by the applicable agreement.

4. Refunds

Payment for a period already provided is not refundable. For an unused paid period, contact support and we will review your request.

5. Player data and the roles of the parties

The Service processes data about players on your server (for example Steam IDs, nicknames, chat messages, coordinates, bans, game statistics) only for management and moderation features. You, as the server owner, are the controller of that data: you are responsible for the lawfulness of its processing and for informing your players.

Your acceptance of these terms is not, and does not replace, your players' consent to processing their data. You are responsible for establishing a legal basis and for informing each player yourself. We process this data on your instructions and only to provide the Service.

We use Steam data only to provide the Service. Sign-in is handled through Steam OpenID; we never ask for or store your Steam password.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every game update or third-party mod. We are not responsible for what players do on your server or for content they create.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, use the Service unlawfully, or place an excessive load on the infrastructure.

8. Final provisions

We may update these terms. For material changes we will ask you to review the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
