Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data WardenCore collects, why it is needed, and how we protect it. Data operator: WardenCore, contact support@wardencore.ru. We process data in line with the laws of the Russian Federation, including the Personal Data law (152-FZ).

1. What we collect

Panel user data:

  • email address, Steam or VK identifier;
  • name and avatar from your profile;
  • IP address, device and browser details;
  • records of your actions in the panel.

Data about players on your servers:

  • Steam IDs and nicknames;
  • IP address (used, for example, to show the country);
  • chat messages, coordinates and movement;
  • bans, violations, game statistics;
  • Discord links.

When you accept the documents, we record the acceptance, the date, your IP address, and browser details.

2. Why we process data

To provide access to the Service, manage your account, run the server management and moderation features, and keep things secure.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. Data may be shared with services the Service depends on: Steam (sign-in), Discord (integrations), and hosting and infrastructure. Each of them handles data under its own rules.

4. Where and how we store data

Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation. We encrypt connections, limit access to data, and keep action logs. We keep data for as long as it is needed to provide the Service and within the applicable retention periods.

5. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and you can withdraw consent. To do so, write to support@wardencore.ru. These rights apply to your data as a panel user. For data about players, contact the owner of the server you play on: they are its controller.

6. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies, for example to keep your sign-in session. We do not use advertising analytics.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. For material changes we will notify you and ask you to confirm the new version the next time you use the panel. Minor edits take effect when they are published.
